Edibles | Stovetop Broccoli Mac & Cheese

Try this delicious stovetop mac and cheese adapted from White on Rice's recipe!

1 1/2 cup of seashell pasta
1 cup of low fat milk
2 tablespoon butter
grated parmesan and cheddar cheese

heat up 1 cup of low fat milk to a simmer
meanwhile cook the broccoli in hot water and drain
and the seashell pasta into the milk and simmer for 10 minutes
add 2 tablespoon of butter and stir continuously until the butter is completely melted
add some salt and nutmeg
continue to let the pasta simmer for about 20 minutes (add more milk if necessary)
stir the cooked broccoli nito the mixture
stir in the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese until well mixed
serve immediately
