Edibles | Asparagus, Avocado & Tomatoes with Wasabi Mayonnaise

Although summer has come to an end and it is already fall, if you are still looking for something delicious try this asparagus, avocado & tomatoes salad! It has a great dressing (wasabi mayonnaise) and it is super delicious! Recipe has be adjusted from here.

1 bunch of asparagus (cut off the bottom parts)
1 avocado
1 Japanese tomato (or heirloom tomato)
4 tbs Kewpie mayonnaise
1 tsp wasabi

boil water in a pot and cook the asparagus until bright green
drain asparagus and wash under cold water
cut the asparagus sideways in half
put the chopped avocado in the dressing mixture and mix well
put the dressing mixture on top of the asparagus lined on the plate
chop up the tomatoes to desirably size and toss on top of the asparagus and avocado

in a bowl mix together the mayonnaise and wasabi
add some salt & pepper to taste
