Edibles | Edamame, Seaweed & Mushroom Gohan

Gohan is extremely quick way to fix up the typical rice bowl. This is hybrid between Bebe Loves Ozaku's Edamame Gohan and Takikomi Gohan. I've also tried making this with bamboo and it tasted just as wonderful!

chop up any type of mushrooms you would like (I used fresh mushrooms as I like fresh vegetables more)
cook edamame according to package instructions

2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon cooking sake

wash the rice as you normally would and put the rice in the rice cooker
add the mushroom and seaweed in the rice cooker
add the above sauce
mix well
when the rice cooker is done, add the edamame to the rice and let sit for a few minutes
